Can I order without coming inside?

Yes! You can order for pickup through Toast here. Just choose your location and then order for pickup. When you arrive at that location to pick up your, give them a call and they will bring it outside. 

We have also been offering a contactless home delivery service throughout the pandemic. Fill out the form and email it to before 8pm for delivery the next day. See below for more information about our home delivery service.

What precautions are you taking?

We have taken all reccomendations set by local state governments and the CDC very seriously.

Masks are required to be worn by all customers and employees. 

We regularly sanitize all surfaces and work hard to limit the amount of customers in the store at all times.

All employees are expected to follow the travel reccomendations set by the state or city government that they work in. We provide masks for all employees that are unable to attain them.

Are you still taking phone orders?

We do our best to take all phone orders on the weekdays. Generally, we are too busy to take phone orders on the weekends. We strongly reccomend ordering for pickup through Toast or getting delivery from a 3rd party service if you are unable to come in to order at this time. 

How does home delivery work?

Fill out the form found on our homepage and email it to by 8pm for delivery on the next day. We are not delivering sandwiches at this time, only loose bagels, spreads, salads, and other items that you can find on the form. If you do not see what you are looking for, let us know!

There is a $25 minimum order before a $5 delivery fee. We do our best to deliver in the chosen window, but we cannot guarantee that further addresses will be delivered to before the latest window. 

We may not be delivering on certain dates or requring a higher minimum order.


How do I pickup my online order?

Right now, we are asking customers to wait outside until they receive a text notification that their order is ready. Please let a staff member know the check number that you are picking up for.

The time that it gives you is an estimation, not a guarantee. The amount of online orders has increased 400%+ since the pandemic began. We appreciate your patience while we get your order ready for you. If have been waiting for more than 10 minutes past the expected time, let us know and we will check on it for you.

What happens if you are out of something that I order?

It happens! Despite the massive amounts of bagels that we make everyday, we might run out of certain varieties. If that is the case, we will do our best to give you a call to find out what we can substitute for you. If we do not hear back from you, we may wait until you arrive to fill your order.

There was a mistake on my order, how can we resolve that?

We want you to get what you ordered everytime! It's why we allow you to customize almost every aspect of your sandwich. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen! Please email with your check number and the location you visited so that we can make it right with you.


Do you have any vegan options?

The majority of our bagels are vegan! The only exceptions are: whole wheat (honey), asiago (dairy), jalapeño cheddar (dairy), chocolate chip (dairy), cinnamon chip (dairy), and egg (eggs, duh). 

We also offer tofu-based plain and veggie cream cheeses, hummus, and veggie sandwiches.

Do you have any gluten-free options?

We do not sell any gluten-free bagels. We do offer egg plates or our yogurt parfaits with a gluten-free granola mix on top!

How long does your food last?

Our bagels do not have any preservatives in them (one of the reasons why they are so delicious). If left open on the counter, they can go stale in a day or two. We would reccomend keeping them airtight in plastic bags for up to a week and then freezing them to make them last longer than that. If you need freezer bags, just let us know!

Our spreads and salads are all made fresh in-house. With proper refrigeration they will last around two weeks after the packaged-on date that you can find on the container. We do not reccomend freezing cream cheeses.

Common Allergies

  • Milk- Only the Asiago, Jalapeño Cheddar, Chocolate Chip, and Cinnamon Chip bagels have dairy. We also offer a non-dairy cream cheese.
  • Peanuts- We do not use peanuts in any food product
  • Tree Nuts- Our Banana Nut bagel, raisin walnut cream cheese, and walforf turkey salad are all made with walnuts.

We take all precautions to prevent contact between allergens. If you have a severe allergy, let us know and we will take special caution to keep you safe. If you are worried about an allergy not listed above, please ask us and we will let you know!
